1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping your item back.
Note: Items returned without an RA number may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is returned safely.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
