• You return an item that meets our Return Policy conditions (unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging).

Please note:

• Items purchased on sale or as final sale are non-refundable, unless defective.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to refund, and the reason for your request.
3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions, including a Return Authorization (RA) number, if applicable.

Important: Refund requests submitted without proper authorization may be delayed or denied.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for items returned due to defects or errors on our part.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
